See how Britney, Heidi, Denise and eight other stars are celebrating their cute new tots.
BRITNEY SPEARS
"I'm very blessed," Spears, 24, says about being mom to soon-to-be 6-month-old son Sean Preston (with husband Kevin Federline, 27). And despite the extra paparazzi and a few controversial moments – she took heat for driving with her son on her lap – she wouldn't change a thing: "I have a great life."
MICHELLE WILLIAMS & HEATH LEDGER
Talk about an amazing year: Williams, 25, settled in with beau Ledger, 27, got an Oscar nomination and had now-4-month-old Matilda. "Every day I'm more besotted with her," says the Brokeback Mountain actress of her daughter, who's already become accustomed to her parents' jet-setting lifestyle. "She's an excellent traveler."
HEIDI KLUM & SEAL
She's a supermodel, designer and host of the hit Bravo show Project Runway, but "my favorite (role) is being a mom and wife," says Klum, 32. And she's grateful that husband Seal, 43, constantly takes photos of their son Henry, who turns 6 months old on March 12, and daughter Leni, 22 months. "Sometimes it's a hassle to file them away, but I'm glad we have them."
BO BICE
The American Idol star already has career plans for 5-month-old Aiden (with wife Caroline, 25). "I've told him, 'Go be a doctor. Don't be an attorney, don't be a musician,' " says Bice. One thing's for sure, though: Whatever path the little guy chooses, the singer will be on his side. "Bo's the best dad. He loves him with all of his heart," says Caroline.
MEG RYAN
Ryan, 44, had always wanted a sibling for son Jack, 13. She got her wish recently: Months after applying to adopt a child in China, the single actress brought daughter Daisy home. "It really gives you a lot of faith in things because you just see how there's no mistake when children are sent to you," Ryan told Oprah Winfrey.
SOLEIL MOON FRYE
Punky Brewster is officially grown up: Six months ago, with producer husband Jason Goldberg, 35, by her side, the 29-year-old brought daughter Poet Sienna Rose into the world. "I just want to hold her every second," says Frye. "I don't believe you can spoil a child too much in the beginning."
ROD STEWART
The rocker, 60, became a proud pop for the sixth time when fiancĂ©e Penny Lancaster gave birth to son Alastair three months ago. Next up: Stewart – whose children from past relationships range in age from 11 to 26 – and Lancaster will walk down the aisle in June.
DENISE RICHARDS
"This has been a bittersweet year for me," says Richards, 35, of her highs (giving birth to daughter Lola, 9 months) and lows (filing for divorce from Charlie Sheen, 40). But her two young daughters – Sam is 2 – are "my first priority." Says a pal: "She's staying strong for her daughters' sake."
JERRY SEINFELD
Seinfeld, 51 – once known as a confirmed bachelor – says of fatherhood, "Oh, I love it." And the funnyman – whose 6-month-old son Shepherd joined daughter Sascha, 6, and Julian, 3 (with wife Jessica Sklar, 35) – has found an appreciative audience. "The best laugh in the world is little kids," Seinfeld said on the Today show.
'BIG' KENNY ALPHIN
"He's the happiest little fellow," says Big & Rich's "Big" Kenny Alphin, 42, of 4-month-old Lincoln (with stylist wife Christiev, 43). "He never cries really loud. And if he starts to whimper, I'll just harmonize with him." Lincoln is already a seasoned road warrior: He's toured with Dad and his godfather, Alphin's bandmate John Rich.
CARNIE WILSON
"This little angel, this little Dunkin' Donut has changed my whole life," says Wilson, 37, about 10-month-old daughter Lola (with musician husband Rob Bonfiglio, 38). And after battling postpartum depression, Wilson says, she's made it through the rough period. "I have a child to feed and a spirit that can't be crushed, so I'm able to move ahead."
