Kevin Federline and Britney Spears in Vegas
Britney Spears threw husband Kevin Federline a birthday party on Tuesday in his favorite city: Las Vegas, PEOPLE reports. The singer and Federline, who turned 28 on March 21, arrived just after 8:30 p.m. at the restaurant Tao Las Vegas at the Venetian, where they slipped in through the back door and joined their 10 guests in a private dining room.
Spears (in a black halter dress with a low-cut back) drank a Cosmo, while K-Fed (in a white tank and a New York Yankees cap) went for a Jack and Coke, shots and beer.
The group dined on sushi, chicken satay, lobster tempura and grilled Kobe beef, followed by cake served by two little people in tight dresses. "Kevin was wearing his ring even though Brit wasn't," says a witness. "They were being affectionate with each other. She sat on his lap for awhile. He fed her a bite of an appetizer. "

By 10:30, Federline had finished opening his presents and the party headed to Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace, where Spears snuggled with the birthday boy on the club's VIP bed when she wasn't dancing barefoot to tunes spun by DJ Hollywood (she requested Prince).
"They didn't leave each other's side all night," a clubgoer tells PEOPLE. "They danced together – Britney was doing all her famous dance moves. Toward the end of the night, they were all over each other – kissing and hugging, having a great time." The couple finally called it a night at around 2 a.m.

Sambora Asks Locklear for Joint Custody

Heather Locklear's estranged husband, rocker Richie Sambora, is asking that the prenuptial agreement signed by the couple before they were married in 1994 be "enforced," according to legal papers filed last Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
In his filing, Sambora, the guitarist for Bon Jovi, seeks joint custody of the couple's 8-year-old daughter, Ava Elizabeth. He also requests that he not be required to pay spousal support. His papers list the couple's separation date – Dec. 26, 2005 – the first time that the day has actually been revealed.
Last Feb. 2, the same day divorce papers were filed, Locklear's rep told PEOPLE: "After 11 years of marriage Heather Locklear has filed for divorce from Richie Sambora. … This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time." In the filing, Locklear alone requested physical custody of daughter Ava, with visitation rights for Sambora.
The actress cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The divorce petition also cited a prenuptial agreement for determining how their assets would be divided. The couple became engaged seven months after they met through a friend.
The day after Sambora's proposal, Locklear, who was then starring on Melrose Place, proudly flashed her pear-shaped diamond engagement ring from Cartier while attending the Emmys. They soon set up house in Locklear's airy, four-bedroom home in L.A.
This was the second marriage for Locklear, 44, who split from Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee in 1993 after nearly eight years of marriage. This was the first marriage for Sambora, 46, who previously dated Cher.

At last Tuesday's opening of the Leona Edmiston boutique in West Hollywood, the 43-year-old American Idol judge turned heads when she emerged from a Jaguar with the handsome actor on her arm. Inside, the two sipped pomegranate martinis and held hands; at one point Schiena, 6'3", stood behind the 5'2" star and wrapped her in his arms, PEOPLE reports in its upcoming issue.
Sitting in the Idol audience the next night, he noted to a pal, "Hey, she looks good, huh?" Abdul and Schiena winked and waved to each other, and she even squeezed in a quick visit, prompting one Idol staffer to ask, "Who is that hottie with Paula?" Who indeed? Schiena was named a black belt world champ by the World Traditional Karate Organization in 2001 before turning to acting.
(His credits include CSI: NY and a small role in 2004's The Merchant of Venice.) Abdul's rep insists the duo are "just friends," while Schiena's rep says her client's "friendship" with Abdul started a year ago, when they met socially.

Looks like one of the the last sticking points in the Brad Pitt/Jennifer Aniston divorce has become unstuck! TMZ.com is reporting the Beverly Hills mansion — designed by famed architect Wallace Neff — that Brad and Jen called home during their marriage has finally been sold, and is now in escrow for $22.5 million.
The couple purchased the home in 2001 for $13.5 million, and estimates are that they spent between three and four million dollars renovating the estate.
It was listed for sale last November for $28 million, but was reduced to $24,950,000 after several months.
Real estate sources tell TMZ.com the new owner — who is not a celebrity — is from a foreign country.

He may not want to, but it looks like Steven Tyler is going to have to miss a few things.
The Aerosmith frontman is scheduled to undergo throat surgery this week to treat an undisclosed health problem, forcing the band to cancel the remaining 12 dates on its North American Rockin' the Joint tour, the band's publicist, Marcee Rondan, said Tuesday.
"Despite Aerosmith's desire to keep the tour going as long as possible, Tyler's doctors advised him not to continue performing to give his voice time to recover," Rondan said in a statement posted on the band's official fansite, aeroforceone.com.
"Tyler will be on total vocal rest and can not perform for an extended period of time."
Tyler, who turns 58 on Sunday, is "doing fine," Rondan told the Associated Press, though she did not elaborate on his condition.
Prior to officially canceling the tour, the veteran rockers had already skipped out on a string of recent shows, citing illness but declining to provide details.
The band is now on hiatus, with no set plans to return to touring or recording.

The megastar was the guest of honor at Yahoo's quarterly "Influential Speakers" event Tuesday at the company's headquarters in Sunnyvale, Calif., bantering with chief executive Terry Semel and answering questions from the crowd.
After an impromptu arm-wrestling match with Semel, Cruise jestingly recreated his "Oprah" sofa-hopping episode, this time on a chair, to trumpet his joy about his fiancee and their soon-to-arrive offspring.
Then he brought the very pregnant Holmes onto the stage, where he beamed and patted her round belly.
And, yes, he then sealed the interlude with a kiss.

Shakira to Kick Off Tour in Spain

Shakira, the queen of Latin American pop music, will begin her world tour later this year in Spain.
"I'm going to give all my creative energy to a loyal public that has witnessed my evolution," the 29-year-old singer told reporters Thursday.
The tour will begin in June and continue until the end of the year. It will include nine Spanish cities before moving on to the rest of Europe, Latin America and the United States.

Lachey to Co-Host Miss USA Pageant

Drew Lachey is dancing his way to the Miss USA pageant as co-host of the competition with Nancy O'Dell of "Access Hollywood."
The former 98 Degrees pop singer won the second season of ABC's ballroom hit, "Dancing With the Stars," last month.
The Miss USA 2006 Pageant will air live from Baltimore on April 21, NBC announced Wednesday.
Carson Kressley of Bravo's "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" will be a pageant commentator.
