Daniel Smith, the 20-year-old son of Anna Nicole Smith who passed away over the weekend, reportedly suffered a "massive heart attack" while visiting his mother and newborn baby sister in their hospital room at Doctors Hospital in the Bahamas, sources tell The Nassau Guardian.
Police Press Liaison Officer, Inspector Walter Evans, verified that a California resident visiting a patient in the Bahamas collapsed and died while on the maternity ward of the private hospital.
"This morning a Caucasian male was discovered sometime after 9 a.m.," said Insp. Evans. "The cause of death has not been determined and an autopsy has to be performed. Once we would have [carried out] an autopsy, [this] would confirm the exact cause of death."
An inside source revealed that Daniel flew into the country on Saturday and was visiting his mother in the maternity ward (where she had been since Tuesday) when he collapsed and died. The source added that his mother made an unsuccessful effort to revive her son. Source

HE BLACK EYED PEAS singer FERGIE reveals in the new issue of Time that she once fought off an addiction to crystal meth.
"It was the hardest boyfriend I ever had to break up with," she tells the magazine. "I dug deep as to why I got there. It's the drug that's addicting. But it's why you start doing it in the first place that's interesting. A lot of it was being a child actor; I learned to suppress feelings."
She goes on to say that touring with her band now helps her with those feelings. "I have an hour and a half of performing every night and improvising. If there's a rafter, I can climb right on." Source
