Cameron Diaz has sparked speculation she is engaged to Essex model Paul Sculfor.
The actress is said to have let slip the happy news at her fitness centre on Wednesday.
A fellow gym-user apparently overheard Cameron, 35, and alerted waiting snappers.
'A woman calling herself Harriet came out and told a photographer that Cameron was in there "talking about her engagement to the Brit",' a source tells the Daily Star.
'From there it just snowballed so by the time she came out there were hordes baying for news.'
Cameron was not wearing a ring on her engagement finger when she left the gym.
She has been dating former brickie Paul, 37, since earlier this year.
