No Charges Against Amy Winehouse

Though doctors have warned her that smoking is the last thing she should be doing, Amy Winehouse seemed happy to ignore the advice earlier today (June 30).

The troubled “Rehab” singer paid a visit to the GP and attempted to open the upstairs window to have a smoke. When she was unsuccessful, she headed outside to light up, and was promptly greeted by fans seeking photos and autographs.

As previously reported by the Gossip Girls, Winehouse continued her chain of controversy over the weekend when she punched an audience member during her set at the Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, England.

Lucky for her, the injured concertgoer isn’t going to press charges, and therefore authorities have no cause to investigate. Following her gig, Amy returned to the clinic for further treatment.

Britney Spears looking for new family home

Britney Spears is looking for a new house that’s more private, quieter and with a bigger backyard. Oh, and paparazzi are not welcome.

Documents released Monday show that Spears wants a house with a larger yard that’s closer to parks and other play areas for her two boys, Sean Preston, 2 ½, and Jayden James, 1 ½.

The pop star also wants a “less trafficked” locale than her paparazzi-stalked Beverly Hills home, which she bought for nearly $7 million early last year.

Spears’ father, James, requested the sale in mid-June, and a court commissioner agreed. James Spears is acting as his daughter’s conservator following several incidents of erratic behavior by the 26-year-old singer.

The children’s father, Kevin Federline, has custody. Spears was recently granted overnight visits with her sons.

Paris Hilton's Reality Show Shopping Spree

Moving forward with her reality show obligations, Paris Hilton, along with sister Nicky, enjoyed a day of shopping in Hollywood with the winners of a competition from "My New BFF".

The heiress sisters headed over to Robertson Boulevard after dining at The Ivy in Los Angeles - visiting Paige Denim before leaving with several bags of goodies as Paris exclaimed, "I love this!" to her handbag designer sister.

From there, the Hilton gals visited Kitson, with Nicky looking quite bored while browsing the racks as Paris had a small meet and greet with two of her adoring fans.

The former Simple Life starlet read excerpts from her new book "The Heiress Journal" while her audience of two looked on in awe - with Paris loving the attention as she continued on with her posing spree even after she was finished with the meet and greet.
