Blake Fielder-Civil began divorce proceeding against Amy Winehouse

Blake Fielder-Civil
began divorce proceedings against wife Amy Winehouse over the weekend. Through his attorney, Blake claimed he was going through with the divorce on the grounds of Amy’s alleged adultery. Brit celebrity lawyer Henri Brandman said his client will ask for half of Amy’s $20 million estate.

Blake admitted he was furious to read an interview with Amy in the News of the World, in which the singer claimed she was in love with 21 year old actor Josh Bowman. Josh and Amy met on the island of St. Lucia two weeks ago, and according to Amy, fell in love and now spend all their time sexin’.

Amy Winehouse looking back to her best on holiday in St. Lucia

A holiday in St Lucia has done for Amy Winehouse what concerned friends and family couldn’t – it’s got the troubled singer on to proper meals and looking back to her best.

‘People blamed the drugs for Amy’s appearance, but she’s always struggled with eating disorders,’ a friend tells Now.

‘Her chaotic lifestyle meant she would eat kebabs or burgers, but that was rare. She’d gorge on sugar, too, if she got weak. She never ate three meals a day.’

While that may have been the singer’s dietary approach in London, the St Lucia sunshine has worked wonders.

She’s put on a total of 2st since reaching her thinnest last summer, just from eating regular meals.

Amy, 25, loves the spicy food on the Caribbean island and has been eating plenty of carb-heavy food and fry-ups since she began her stay in the exclusive LeSport Spa and Resort before Christmas.

In fact, friends say she’s so keen on St Lucia that she’s considering moving there to work on her music rather than heading back home for her next album.

‘Amy’s almost got curves again, like she did before Back To Black,’ says the friend. ‘It’s the heaviest and healthiest she’s been in a long time.

‘She’s been strong enough to get back to the gym again, which is something she really used to enjoy. If she comes home to her Camden flat now, some of us are wondering if she’ll just fall back into bad old habits.'

Amy Winehouse helping out as nurse during her hospital stay

TROUBLED AMY WINEHOUSE
has been helping out as a NURSE during her stay in hospital, The Sun can reveal.

The Rehab singer, 25, is looking after patients and serving meals — in a bid to avoid being kicked out.

Amy has stayed at the exclusive London Clinic for almost three weeks.

She collapsed following a booze and drugs bender after a row with hubby BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL, 26.

She was on the verge of being kicked out at the start of this week after a visit from Blake sent her back to her old ways.

But an insider said: “She has been charming the nurses by helping them with their tasks. She’s been mucking in.”

Amy also asked X Factor bosses for tickets to tonight’s final — but producers refused as they did not want her to overshadow the contestants.

Shock! Amy Winehouse apparently had sex with Blake Fielder-Civil in her hospital room

Amy Winehouse apparently had sex with Blake Fielder-Civil in her hospital room after learning he was being sent back to jail.

It is thought the 26-year-old will return to Edmunds Hill Prison to complete his sentence after he allegedly failed a drugs test at the Life Works rehab centre in Surrey.

When Blake raced to tell Amy, 25, the news at The London Clinic, he is believed to have requested they be left alone for an hour.

‘It was obvious what went on,’ a source tells The Sun.

Blake later surrendered himself to officers in Shoreditch, east London, according to reports.

The former video assistant was due to leave rehab at the end of the month, but he may now remain incarcerated until early 2010.

In July, he was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Amy Winehouse ‘gives away £5,000 guitar’

Singer has been sharing her stuff with pals

Amy Winehouse is said to have started donating her valuables to friends.

‘Amy says she just isn’t into “things” any more,’ says a source. ‘If she likes someone or gets a notion that someone wants something, she just gives it away.

'She gave a £5,000 bass guitar to a guy just because he picked it up and said it was a great instrument.’

Amy, 25, has also been clearing out her wardrobe.

‘Designers are always sending stuff but she always wears the same thing: denim hotpants and a T-shirt,’ the insider tells the Sunday Express.

‘All the other clothes go to girls who hang about her flat, some of whom she doesn’t know very well.’

Blake Fielder-Civil's Big Amy plan

Amy Winehouse's husband is planning to appear on her favourite TV show to win her back.

Blake Fielder-Civil - who has been in rehab since leaving prison last month - reportedly thinks starring on reality series 'Celebrity Big Brother' would be the perfect way to prove his love for the troubled singer and show he has quit drugs.

A source said: "Blake has told me he's been asked about doing 'Celebrity Big Brother'. Amy is a big fan of reality TV and Blake knows she will be watching it.

"He thinks it is the perfect chance for him to show Amy he is off drugs and loves her to bits."

Earlier this week, Blake - who admits he is responsible for Amy's drug addiction - revealed he was willing to cut contact with his wife to help her beat her substance abuse.

He said: "I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful.

"Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.

"For her recovery I have to leave her alone. I will do anything for her - and that includes walking away."Other names rumoured to be starring on 'Celebrity Big Brother' include singer Whitney Houston and her ex-husband Bobby Brown, astrologer Russell Grant, comedian Mark Lamarr and ex-'The Word' presenter Terry Christian.

Blake Fielder-Civil loses appeal

Amy Winehouse’s husband disappointed by verdict,

Blake Fielder-Civil's request to have his sentence reduced has been rejected by the Court Of Appeal.

Amy Winehouse’s husband was jailed in July for 27 months for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

And he was sent from Edmunds Hill Prison into a Surrey rehab centre on 5 November.

He will remain in the clinic for the time being after Mr Justice Pitchford dismissed his appeal.

He said the court wants Blake, 26, to continue with the rehabilitation process and that it is only if "these attempts are successful that he has a worthwhile future".

Blake, who was present in court, said: ‘I am disappointed but not really surprised.’

He is yet to be reunited with Amy, 25.

Amy Winehouse protects fortune

Amy Winehouse has reportedly called in lawyers to protect her fortune from husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

The 'Rehab' singer's father Mitch is believed to have had a secret meeting with legal experts to find a way to keep her estimated £10 million fortune safe if she decides to divorce Blake, who was released from prison last week.

A source close to the singer said discussions were "productive", adding: "There was panic in her team that Blake could get access to Amy's money.

"This cannot be allowed to happen. Mitch is leading the way but Amy is fully aware of what is happening."

He has not seen his wife since he was released from prison, sparking speculation their year-long marriage is on the rocks.

Amy was quoted this weekend as saying: "I don't know if I want to be with him. Everything has changed. I'm trying to move on and I can't take the pain any more. I'm still thinking about whether to see him."

A source close to the singer added: "Things are really bad between her and Blake. She doesn't know any more if he is 'the one'. It's really sad but this could be the end."The 25-year-old star has refused to pay for her husband's £30,000 rehab stay after deciding Blake needs to take responsibility for cleaning up his own life.

Quincy Jones takes Amy Winehouse under his wing

Music producer is looking out for troubled singer

Legendary music producer Quincy Jones is offering guidance to Amy Winehouse.

‘Quincy has taken her under his wing and put her back onto the wagon,’ a source tells the Daily Telegraph.

‘The two are collaborating on one or two projects and if anyone can save a talent like Amy then it is Q.

‘He knows that if she can get her music career sorted then everything else should fit into place.’

Amy, 25, who met Quincy, 75, at the Nelson Mandela concert in the summer, will sing on his tribute record.

Her manager says the new material for her album is brilliant.

'I've heard some demos and I've heard some simple acoustic songs that she's played me in my office on acoustic guita,' Universal Music boss Lucian Grange tells Metro.

'And what I've heard has been sensational.'

Amy Winehouse back in hospital

Singer checks back in for further treatment

Amy Winehouse is said to have returned to hospital – just 3 days after checking out.

The singer underwent a series of medical exams last week to see if her emphysema had cleared up.

But after a weekend at home, Amy, 25, has gone back to The London Clinic for ongoing treatment.

‘She had a chest infection [last week] and underwent some tests to make sure nothing else was wrong,’ a source says.

‘She has been told to give up smoking and was initially struggling with that – she was covered in nicotine patches at one point. But she is making an effort.’

But her rep Chris Goodman says she's on the mend and has been recording tracks for her new album. She's even learning to play the drums.

‘We'll have to see how that plays out on the next album,’ he tells People.

Amy Winehouse's silent illness

Amy Winehouse may never sing again.

Friends fear the singer - who was hospitalised last weekend with a chest infection, at first thought to be the return of emphysema - has damaged her voice through her drug-fuelled partying and may never record another album.

Record bosses allegedly claim work on the follow-up to Amy's award-winning 'Back To Black' LP is "going slower than hoped" because of her health problems.

A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "She's struggling. We just hope the wait is worth it. She's got the genius in there, it just takes more coaxing to get it out these days."

However, a spokesperson for the star insisted there was no need to worry about her lack of material.

He said: "Amy isn't on a deadline with her album.

"The last album's still selling. She's in and out of the studio working but the record company hasn't seen the final result yet. Amy's fine."

The 'Rehab' star was rushed to hospital on Saturday (25.10.08) for scans after fears she had a return attack of the debilitating lung disease emphysema - which she developed and was treated for in June this year.

Amy was treated at The London Clinic, the same place she has previously undergone treatment for her drug problems.

The scans the 25-year-old singer was given were precautionary measures to check emphysema had not returned.

Amy Winehouse hospitalised again

Amy Winehouse has been hospitalised with a suspected chest infection.

The troubled singer was rushed to hospital on Saturday (25.10.08) for scans after fears she had a return attack of the disease emphysema - which she developed and was treated for in June this year.

Amy - who is still battling drug addiction - was visited by a doctor at her London home last Thursday (23.10.08) but was rushed to The London Clinic after her condition worsened.

The centre is the same place she has previously undergone treatment for her drug problems.

A friend said: "Amy is in hospital being checked out for a chest infection. She is not back in rehab. She should be fine and is expected to return home soon."

Amy, 25, was worryingly thin and had yellow teeth as she was admitted to the hospital. The scans she was given were precautionary measures to check emphysema had not returned.

Amy is currently working on her new album, which she has said she wants to have ready for the time her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is released from jail at the end of this year. He is being held on counts of attempting to pervert the course of justice and grievous bodily harm.

Blake Fielder-Civil's early release deal scrapped

Jailbird refused parole from Edmunds Hill prison

Prison bosses have made a dramatic u-turn over their decision to let Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil out early.

The jailbird was expected to be released this month on parole, on the condition he moved in with his mum and wore an electronic tag.

But the governor at Edmunds Hill is said to have told Blake his application has been turned down.

‘Blake and Amy are devastated and I am livid,’ Georgette Civil tells the News Of The World.

‘The Probation Service told us they were happy for him to live with us and we expected him home.

‘Now they have told Blake he will either have go to rehab or a hostel or stay in prison until he completes his sentence. It’s a disgrace.

'I am going to take my protest to the Home Secretary. I’m going to get my Blake home.’

Blake, 26, is serving 27 months for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Amy Winehouse threatens to kill herself

Singer on 24-hour watch by worried friends

Amy Winehouse is said to be on suicide watch after she allegedly threatened to stab herself.

The singer is thought to have been pushed further downhill after her husband Blake Fielder-Civil rejected an offer of parole last month – because he didn’t want to stay with his mum Georgette Civil or wear an electronic tag.

Amy, 25, apparently held a knife to her chest in front of friends.

‘She said she was “caught up in a nightmare”,’ a source tells the Daily Star. ‘Her friends managed to get the knife away from her but are now holding a 24-hour watch on her.

‘Her emotions are exaggerated. She is either high as a kite or, when she hears something she doesn’t like, she is suicidal.’

Blake, 26, is being held at Edmunds Hill Prison after he was found guilty of GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice. It is now thought that he has accepted another offer of early release.

Amy Winehouse trying to re-connect with former classmates

Amy Winehouse is trying to re-connect with some of her former classmates.

The singer went to London's Sylvia Young Theatre School in her teens, where she made some close pals.

But Amy, 25, lost touch with them when she hit the big time.

'Amy's starting to contact her old friends on Facebook to organise a class reunion,' a source tells the Daily Star Sunday.

'She says she wants to touch base with people who knew her before she was famous and who were genuine friends.

'A lot of her ex-classmates have gone on to have successful careers without the freak show that Amy's become.

'She just wants some of that wholesome life back and feels she has a lot of fake people around her.'

Amy Winehouse's Quincy tribute

Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson are reuniting to record a song.

The pair fell out when recording sessions for a proposed James Bond theme went sour - which resulted in Jack White and Alicia Keys providing the opening music to 'Quantum of Solace' - but have since settled their differences and are planning to record a track for a tribute album to Michael Jackson producer Quincy Jones.

A source said: "It's going to be explosive stuff. Amy first met Quincy backstage at the Nelson Mandela show in Hyde Park in June.

"He knew who she was and she was so thrilled to meet him. Her performance clearly impressed him - he was raving about her. This is just the opportunity she needs to show the world she has still got it."

Other stars rumoured to be appearing on the album include Mariah Carey, Usher and John Mayer.

Last week, Amy made a shambolic appearance at London's Berkeley Square Ball - an annual charity event in aid of The Prince's Trust.

She was attending the event to support her 12-year-old goddaughter Dionne, who was performing in a bid to launch her music career.

The troubled singer was supposed to sing backing vocals during Dionne's performance, but only managed to mumble a few words.

Later, she reportedly hit out at a fan who asked for an autograph.

She was heard sobbing: "This isn't a life - it's a mess. Life can't go on. I can't do this any more."
