Denise Richards will fight Charlie Sheen in court after he refused to let their daughters appear in her reality TV show.

The 'Wild Things' actress reportedly wants authorities to revoke her ex-husband's right to prevent Sam, three, and two-year-old Lola from joining her in the fly-on-the-wall show, after he branded her "greedy, vain and exploitative".

A source said: "The whole idea of this show starring Denise and the kids goes totally against everything Charlie believes in. He feels it is exploitative of the children for their mother's own vanity and greed."

The warring exes, who divorced in 2006 following a four-year marriage, will fight the issue out in court later this week, it is claimed.

Sheen and Richards are already involved in a bitter custody dispute over Sam and Lola.

Richards is requesting a custody evaluation, no overnight visits for Sheen, and the authority to make decisions regarding the care of the children.

Court documents previously revealed Richards has accused Sheen of "inappropriately" touching their daughters - claims he vehemently denies.

Lepaparazzi News Update: Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have split

The couple ended their relationship two months ago, but Denise still supported Richie at his father's funeral in New Jersey last month. Adam Sambora died of lung cancer on April 21.

Denise's representative said: "Denise ended things but wanted to be there for him as a friend."

A source close to the couple said: "They did break-up about a month prior to Richie's dad's death. She came to the funeral to support him."

Denise's mother is battling kidney cancer, and in February she revealed she and Richie were helping each other cope with their parents' illnesses.

The couple began dating in April 2006 shortly after Denise split from husband Charlie Sheen and Richie broke up with wife Heather Locklear. Richie and Heather finalised their divorce in April.

Denise's divorce was finalised in November.

Justin Timberlake Goes Public With Biel




Justin Timberlake's romance with Jessica Biel is getting so serious the actress flew into the U.K. to see the pop superstar on his European tour.

The couple were spotted out in Manchester, England, on Saturday holding hands and sharing intimate kisses while on a dinner date at high street restaurant chain Nandos.

They were joined by super-producer Timbaland and Manchester United soccer star Alan Smith.

Timberlake was first linked to The Illusionist actress at the Golden Globes in January (07) - less than a month after he announced his split from girlfriend-of-four-years Cameron Diaz.

A source tells British newspaper The Mirror, "Justin's really into Jess and when he found out she had some free time he asked her to join him on the U.K.

"They're both doing everything they can to keep their relationship low-profile but when they're among friends they can hardly keep their hands off each other."
