Justin Gaston has played down reports he’s seeing teen star Miley Cyrus.
The underwear model, 20, met the Hannah Montana actress in the summer and they've been inseparable ever since.
But Justin, who appeared on the programme Nashville Star in the US, and Miley have not confirmed they’re an item.
‘Oh, [she's] just a family friend, you know,’ he tells Access Hollywood.
‘I met Billy Ray on the show and just became friends with the whole family. And they’re such a great family.
'I moved [to LA] two years ago and started a modelling career and that’s kind of just to break into the music business and everything.’
Miley, 15, was recently spotted wearing a diamond sparkler on her left hand, sparking rumours Justin had given her a promise ring.
