Disney Congragulates Michael Phelps with World Parade

Since his record-breaking performance at the Beijing Olympics Michael Phelps has been a man in demand. And this week at a special Walt Disney World Parade in his honour he got to meet one of America's most iconic and recognisable stars - Mickey Mouse.

Surrounded by streamers and balloons and with Disney's best-loved characters close by, Michael - who received the same distinction after the 2004 Games - rode through the theme park's Magic Kingdom alongside the cartoon mouse as part of the "America's Homecoming Parade" laid on for him on Friday.

Things do not seem to be slowing down for the 23-year-old, who has recently announced he is writing a book about his journey to get into the Olympic record books. Due to be a presenter at the MTV Video Music Awards in September, Michael will join 150 other US Olympians to tape a special celebratory Oprah Winfrey show on Wednesday.

Rihanna planning to move in with boyfriend Chris Brown

Rihanna is planning to move in with her boyfriend Chris Brown.

The 'Umbrella' singer and Chris - who continue to insist they are just friends despite enjoying a romantic break in the Caribbean earlier this month - have been seen looking at luxury apartments in Los Angeles together.

A source revealed to America's Star magazine: "She and Chris want to live together. They play their music loud though, so they want a condo that's soundproof."

The couple are said to have visited several properties in Beverly Hills, including the luxurious Sierra Tower.

It has also been claimed Rihanna, 20, and 19-year-old Chris are engaged, after the Barbados-born beauty was seen wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger.

Meanwhile, Rihanna partied with Leonardo DiCaprio on Tuesday night (26.08.08).

The 'Disturbia' star began her evening at Hollywood nightspot Coco de Ville, before meeting Leonardo at the Villa lounge.

The stars and their entourages then went back to Leonardo's Hollywood home at around 2am to continue partying.

The 'Mean Girls' star's father Michael confirmed the death of his dad Richard - who had been suffering from terminal colon cancer - but revealed he is unsure whether the 23-year-old actress will attend the funeral following the pair's public war of words.

Michael told America's OK! magazine: "My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified my ex-wife Dina's attorney. Let's see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral.

"THIS will show her true colours! Thus, not even a call. But that's par for the course with Dina! She didn't even send a card or visit when he was sick."

Michael - who accused Lindsay's girlfriend Samantha Ronson of using his daughter earlier this week - also revealed he is planning to star in a TV special.

The show will document how Michael's stinging attack on Samantha was orchestrated by Dina.

He said: "I'm going to do a one-hour special. Everyone is going to hear everything for themselves. They're going to hear everything Dina has to say. I have it all on tape - all recorded, time and date-stamped.

"You will hear it all. I have 101 text messages between Lindsay and I, and I have about 60 tape recordings of Dina. These lies have to stop. She can't say all these things to me and when I try to address it, deny everything. Dina's a hypocrite and I'm tired of it."
